Processing NGC 281 in narrowband

In this tutorial Bernard Miller demonstrates how he creates narrowband images. Bernard created a complete SHO image of NGC 281 (The Pacman Nebula) using the three master images of his Ha, SII, and OIII channels.

Processing NGC 6559 with Pixinsight

On 7th October 2021, astrophotographer Roberto Sartori won an APOD featuring NGC 6559, an image processed with Pixinsight and obtained from the CHI-2, a telescope of the Telescope Live network. You can find the APOD here: https://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap211007.html And the same image from our gallery: https://telescope.live/gallery/ngc-6559-14 In this tutorial, Roberto will guide you through the end-to-end processing of the Premium Pro Dataset of NGC 6559 using Pixinsight. The video is shown at 5x speed, processing took around 3 hours and a half.

Processing Jupiter Data From Start To Finish

This tutorial series by Damian Peach, walks you through the processing of a set of Jupiter image data from start to finish. In the first part of this series, Damian deals with the raw videos that are captured during a live session, and need to be processed to create the image stacks. This step is only needed if you do a planetary Live Session. If you work with Pro Datasets, then you can skip Part 1, as the images in Pro Datasets are pre-stacked by Damian. The data used in this tutorial are provided as a Pro Dataset in the Telescope Live platform. You can also download the associated dataset by clicking on the download link below. To start practicing, follow this tutorial and download a Jupiter Pro Dataset from your Dashboard. You can follow more in-depth tutorials from Damian on his own website: www.patreon.com/peachastro
