Telescope Live & Spaceflux: A New Partnership for Safer Space Exploration
I'm delighted to announce Telescope Live's strategic partnership with Spaceflux in an exciting collaboration aiming to elevate our services and significantly enrich the field of Space Situational Awareness (SSA). This partnership marks a significant milestone in our continuous journey for the development of global astronomy and astrophotography.
Since 2019, Telescope Live has empowered users to peer into the cosmos through our robust network of telescopes installed in the prime locations of Chile, Australia, and Spain. Today, we are excited to contribute to the critical work of space monitoring and tracking.
Spaceflux, a startup I established in 2022, offers state-of-the-art SSA services with machine-learning capabilities. It's a groundbreaking endeavor focused on ensuring safety within an increasingly crowded space environment.
Our alliance with Spaceflux represents a great opportunity for our company. It allows us to reach beyond delivering research-grade data for Astronomy and raw data for astrophotographers. Now, we can provide crucial data to facilitate precise on-demand tracking of spacecraft and space debris—making a significant contribution to the preservation of our orbital environments.
This strategic partnership with Spaceflux allows us to broaden the scope of our influence - with our telescopes now playing a pivotal role in tracking and analyzing space circumstances in Low Earth Orbit and beyond. In essence, the data our network generates will no longer be limited to astrophotography but will play a central role in maintaining a safer space environment for everyone.
Our partnership also brings us a wealth of added bonuses. Combining our resources and shared knowledge allows us to augment our internal capabilities and offer our clients an even richer depth of service. Moreover, the expansion of our coverage on a global scale, using Telescope Live's extensive infrastructure, will not only enrich the Spaceflux catalog but also elevate our own, making our services more comprehensive. Finally, this partnership will pave the way to also get access to Spaceflux’s telescope for the benefit of our users.
Our joint venture also taps into our shared experience in managing fully-autonomous robotic telescopes around the world, ensuring optimal use of our automated functions on a global scale. Shared experience and a shared vision for sustainability and safety in space make our partnership a perfect match.
This collaboration marks a significant chapter in the Telescope Live story - a story driven by our ambition to expand and improve the accessibility and understanding of our universe, for professional astronomers, academics, and amateurs alike. Our journey so far has been inspiring, and this significant moment adds a new dimension to our endeavor.
In a world with an ever-growing focus on space exploration and our obligation towards sustainable use, our joint efforts with Spaceflux are a commitment to these critical responsibilities and towards you, our esteemed community. It is a commitment proudly shared by both establishments, one I had the privilege to establish in 2019 and the other in 2022, both born from immense passion and a vision to utilize technology to make the cosmos more accessible, safe, and sustainable for everyone.
This is an exciting step forward for Telescope Live, and I thank you for joining us on this incredible journey.
Clear Skies!
