I used the GHS script in PI for stretching and the tools from Russ Croman (BXT, NXT, StarXT). I also used the Foraxx Palette Utility Tool from Paulyman Astro. Here is a video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cl3_r3bL8Ys.
Last but not least, I did some tweaking in Photoshop (Selective Color Correction, Color Enhancement via LAB mode and the APF-R Sharpening Tool).
