I am still trying to find a balance between dark background and faint nebulosity. Any tips or pointers are welcome.

Nice one Jarmo! Was planning to do exactly the same: combining the pro dataset with the 2 one clicks... (in SHO and/or HOO)
Thanks! Looking forward to see your version.
Actually, not a lot of "dark background" in this field! -- faint nebulosity is pervasive. The pro dataset for this one is a bit noisy, so i was interested to see that you'd "topped up" with a one-click; how much extra integration did that give you?
In the Pro Dataset there were 4x600s for Halpha and 5x600s for OIII. In the One-Click Observations I have 6x300s for Halpha and 6x300s for OIII. So One-Click Observations added quite a lot of exposure time. The resulting image was still quite noisy, maybe I am spoiled because usually I see very little noise even in One-Click Observations.
I agree that this area has a lot of background nebulosity. When I tried with RGB+HOO almost the whole background was a bit red
Beautiful processing, Jarmo. You have managed to bring out a fantastic amount of detail. Cameron :-)
Thanks, Cameron! There is quite a lot to be found.
