NGC7635 - Bubble Nebula
NGC7635, also known as the Bubble Nebula is about 7 light years in diameter. At the top left of the bubble in this image is a star that is 45 times the mass of our sun and thousands of times more luminous. The fierce stellar wind from this star has blasted out a bubble of glowing gas against the molecular cloud it's part of. This nebula resides 7100 light years away in the constellation Cassiopeia.
