B228 a.k.a The Dark Wolf Nebula
One of the prominent clouds in the Lupus dark clouds complex. Known as Barnard 228, Lupus 1, Lupus Wolf, or The Dark Wolf. One of the nearest star-forming regions along with Ophiuchus, Taurus-Auriga, Corona Australis, and Chamaeleon with one of the richest associations of T Tauri stars (very young stars with mass same as our sun). The distance ranges from 326 to 978 ly away in the constellation of Lupus.
