Centaurus A

As living in the northern hemisphere, post-processing a DSO visible in the southern hemisphere only was a really exciting task for me. Centaurus A is a very beautiful and interesting object in the night sky. It is a galaxy created by a collision of a large elliptical galaxy and a smaller spiral galaxy. I hope I will be able to see it in my own eye-peaces and make some shots as well someday.
