Crescent Nebula Wide-Field

Wide-field view of the Crescent Nebula, a.k.a NGC 6888, Caldwell 27 or Sharpless 105. Emission nebula in Cygnus ~5000 ly away, the blue object in the center.
Formed by the stellar wind from the Wolf-Rayet star WR 136 (HD 192163).

The Soap Bubble Nebula, or PN G75.5+1.7, and emission nebula SH2-104 can also be seen.
