I am wondering how you integrated the images with each channel only being two images in Pixinsight,

Good question! I used DSS for the integration instead cause I could not do it in PI. Should update the post
Bit of a trick, you can make a copy of the two files, giving you four files in total per channel, which you can then load successfully into PixInsight's WBPP. Because the files are averaged when stacking, the duplicates should be equivalent.
I haven't used DSS in years and I will give it a try. Thanks Dimitris.

I actually tried that but for some reason WBPP kinda made a mess of things. Anyway, maybe again next time
