First Whirlpool (M51a/NGC5194)

I've been really struggling with my processing recently. I'm getting better at bringing out details but producing meaningful colours remains challenging! Anyhow, I'm happy enough with this first attempt at the Whirlpool Galaxy to post it. I might revisit to search for more/deeper colours once processing skills improve.
Data is from SPA-2 L(8*300s + 2*600), R(14*120s + 9*300s + 4*600), G(15*120s + 8*300s + 3*600), B (15*120s + 8*300s + 4*600). Processed entirely in Affinity Photo.
