IC 2118 The Witch Head Nebula.
Known as IC 2118, it is located in the constellation of Orion. The Witch Head Nebula glows mainly in light reflected from a star and is thought to be the remnant of an ancient supernova or a gas cloud illuminated by the nearby supergiant star Rigel (partially visible in the image) in the constellation of Orion. Its appearance resembles the fairytale profile of a witch's face, with a long nose and pointed chin. The nebula is located in the constellation of Eridanus, about 900 light-years from Earth.
