This was a very tough image to process and you might not like the way I did it...but what the heck. I tried to make a softer feel to it by having the glows around the brightest stars still visible. There's just SO MANY small stars in the field, they're overwhelming, so I de-emphasized a lot of them. I added a little bit of the H-alpha data, but not too much.
