LMC nebulae around NGC 2029
NGC 2029 is an open cluster surrounded by a nebula in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC).
LMC can be found in the constellation of Dorado at about 163.000 light-years from Earth.
The LMC hosts numerous gas clouds that are generally star birth sites.
Right of NGC 2029 one can find Henize N62, a beautiful emission nebula with veil-like structures.
Image acquired with CHI-1 (Planewave CDK24), data from 7 one click observations.
Total exposure time 420 minutes
SHO: 14 subs of 600s with each filter (SII, H-alpha and OIII).
