NGC 2451 is an open cluster of stars in the constellation of Puppisand is not a single cluster, but actually two clusters that lie along the same line of sight - they are NGC 2451A and NGC 2451B, and they are located at 600 and 1,200 light-years from us. NGC 2451 Ais brighter and more compact than NGC 2451B, and it contains a bright yellow star called c Puppis3.
