NGC 5982 (Draco Triplet)
Beautiful triplet of galaxies, cataloged with the numbers NGC 5981, 5982 and 5985 (from right to left in this image): a spiral seen in cut, an elliptical and another large spiral seen in three quarters. Their fascinating perspective proximity seems to be only due to a lucky coincidence, since the various distances, however very uncertain, hover between 100 and 200 million light-years.
