This is a barred spiral galaxy in the constellation Fornax. The center is a glowing ring of star forming region around a massive black hole. Two of the four optical jets emanating from the center are visible in this image. The jets are made up of stars.

Love how you got this galaxy to look 3D. I seems like we are falling into the center star region.
Thanks, James. I focused the sharpening on the center area more than the outer regions. I think that gives the illusion of zooming in to the center.
