Really would have liked to see non infrared stars. I think it would have taken this image next level

Thanks for your feedback, Shaun! While I tend to agree with it, the way how I was stretching the image (separating the stars from the background and do different stretches until I felt it was balanced) did ended with this result - I accepted it and played along (but I actually removed a tad of star saturation in the final steps).
If I would do another version I would probably tone it down.
