RCW 58
A ring nebula around Wolf-Rayet star WR 40 formed from its mass ejection. It is ~7.5 light-years across and expanding at ~90 km/s in the constellation of Carina ~80 light-years away.
LRGB, Halpha and OIII composite image 10h 41m (8:8:8:5x240s, 34:71x300s) with Halpha and OIII added to Red and Blue channels respectively. From CHI-1 a Planewave CDK24 with QHY600M camera, and Astrodon 2nd GEN LRGB, situated in the Rio Hurtado Valley, Chile. Part of the telescope.live telescope network.
