M20 - The Trifid Nebula
This is an image of M20, also known as the Trifid Nebula. It is a nebula complex with emission, reflection, and dark nebula about 4,100 light years away in the constellation Sagittarius, It's name means "three lobe". This image was processed with the HOO palette with green data mixed with the OIII data.
