A southern hemisphere wonder containing millions of stars providing an amazing sight through a small telescope or binoculars. The largest globular cluster in our galaxy spanning an area slightly larger than the full moon.
Having processed both sets of images available taken using a Takahashi FSQ106 and a CDK24 , I slightly prefer the wider view, the one being shared here.
