BBWo56
BBWo56
BBWo56 (also Bran 56) is a large nebulous region in southern Puppis. These 400 HII regions are described in a paper here - https://adsabs.harvard.edu/full/1986A%26AS...65..537B.
There are numerous dark nebulae including thirteen HMSTG from 45 to 70. More information on HMSTG catalog of “southern dark clouds” can be found here - http://articles.adsabs.harvard.edu/pdf/1986A%26AS...63...27H.
See the annotated image for the locations of these and other objects.
