HMSTG877

HMSTG877 (Sandqvist 17, FEST 2-241 and others) is a large dark nebula located within Gum 55 (RCW 113) in Scorpius.

Luminance – 49x300s – 245 minutes – binned 2x2
RGB – 48:47:39x300s – 240:235:195 minutes each – binned 2x2

1385 minutes total exposure – 23 hours 5 minutes

Imaged over fourteen nights in March, April, May and July, 2024 at the El Sauce Observatory (Rio Hurtado, Chile) with a QHY 600M on a PlaneWave CDK24 at f/6.5 3974 mm.
