M7 (NGC 6475 or Ptolemy’s Cluster) is a is a trumpler (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trumpler_classification) class I 3 r open cluster consisting of around 80 stars approximately 980 light-years away in Scorpius. It is the lowest messier object at declination -34.8 degrees.

Luminance – 19x300s – 95 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 19:23:22x300s – 95:115:110 minutes each – binned 1x1

415 minutes total exposure – 6 hours 55 minutes

Imaged April 27th and 28th, May 2nd and August 2nd and 3rd, 2022 at the El Sauce Observatory (Rio Hurtado, Chile) with a FLI PL 9000 on a PlaneWave CDK24 at f/6.5 3974 mm.
