Charles, Thanks for the comment! My daughter went to school in Aberdeen for a semester. We visited her there and drove all through the UK. We just moved to NM from Wisconsin where I imaged for 25 + years. So , I know how frustrating the weather can be!

Well done, Dean, on a great first image with the scope. I am about to try the North American nebula with a Canon 60D, telephoto lens and a EQ5 mount. My skies are a lot cloudier in Scotland. Again thanks for the image.

There are some issues on this, however I am very pleased with the results. Absolutely NO calibration frames on this. This is actually my first image with this scope, mount, and accompanying software.
